Pre-checkin
Please complete the check-in link sent to you, you will then be issued with a travel pass that will allow you to travel the Gondola at a discounted price your stay.

The Lötschberger departs from Bern and Brig directly to Goppenstein, where passengers swap over to the Post Bus that takes you directly to the bottom of the Gondola in Wiler
Trains depart to and from Berne in the morning and evening and throughout the day on Sundays.
The journey time from Bern is approx. 1½ hours and from Zurich and Basel approx. 2½ hours.

Arriving by Car
When driving by car you will travel through the Lötschberg Toll Tunnel. (BLS Lötschberg Tunnel Car Transport Train)
Purchase your toll ticket and Drive onto the train that will transport you through the tunnel to Goppenstein station.

TIP
Best to drop off your gear and luggage directly at the bottom of the Gondola Station before parking.
There is a Parkhaus at the bottom of the Gondola for your Cars to park safely. Around CHF 8 per day per car.
Luggage Transport
Drop your luggage at the luggage station behind the Bergbahnen in Wiler. Luggage payments can be made directly to the Bergbahnen Office, where you can purchase your Cable Car tickets and ski passes. For Apartments, Delivery to be made to Lauchernalp Resort Residences or your respective Chalet. CHF 60 per delivery load.
Gondola / Cable Car
From Wiler you will take a Gondola up to Lauchernalp, it’s only a 3 minute ride, tickets to be purchased at the Bergbahnen ticket office, don’t forget to use your guest card, along with Swiss Half Pass for reletave discounts.

TIP
NB: The Last Luggage Transport is at 17h00, please ensure you arrive before this time. Should you arrive late please contact us to make alternative arrangements for your luggage to arrive the next morning.
The best practice is to have CHF 60 Cash to pay directly at the luggage station, or you can purchase the ticket at the Bergbahnen ticket office.

From The Gondola to your Accommodation
From the Gondola, make your way on foot up to your accommodation where you will meet Carlo, Jon or Gen on arrival for check-in and to orientate you.
Your luggage transport will arrive shortly to your Apartment/Chalet.

Apartment Keycard
You will receive 2 keycards per Apartment, this will give you access to the apartment entrances, your apartment and your storage unit.
Apartment Storage
Each Apartment has it’s own storage unit across the passage for your additional luggage/ski gear, your keycard will open and close these rooms
TIP
Chalets have their own Storage and a set of Keys
Rubbish / Trash
Rubbish bags (Kericht Säcke) of 35L or 17L, subject to a fee, are available in the Volg supermarket in Wiler (ask at the cash register). There is a collection point for glass, paper, cardboard, PET and metal in the mountain station of the Wiler – Lauchernalp cable car.
Groceries
In Wiler at the cable car valley station is a small supermarket called Volg. Here you can buy your main necessities. It is also possible to order groceries and have them delivered to the cable car station of Lauchernalp. Volg, Dorfstrasse 80a Wiler Telefon: 027 525 31 14, Opening times: daily 6:00-19:00 hrs.
In Gampel (20min drive from Wiler cable car station) you can find a Coop and a Migros supermarket.

Cool School
The ski school is based close to our Apartments, next to the cable car building. You can reserve group/private lessons here.
The Cool School also offers child care in Snowli-Land. Little children can be supervised on request by trained staff in the afternoons (1.00 pm – 4.00 pm. In Snowli-Land. Here, the kids can play, paint or let off steam on the bouncy castle.
Ski Rental
At the Intersport Sporthaus – which is housed in the cable car station and is run by the ski school team. It also offers all kinds of sports equipment for sale. http://www.sporthaus-lauchern.ch/home.html

When You Leave
Time
Check-out is strictly at 10am
Leaving your Apartment/Chalet
Please ensure the Dishwasher is loaded and switched on and your Rubbish bag and Recycling are dropped off at rubbish/recycling area at the Bergbahnen.
Please leave you keycards on the kitchen counter.
We’d love to say goodbye, please message us before you leave and one of our hosts will meet you for check out.
Luggage Transport
Your luggage transport is to be arranged before check-out with the Bergbahnen Office +41 27 938 89 99, they will pick up your luggage from your residence and ensure it’s transported to the bottom of the Gondola in Wiler. Please note that this service, per delivery, will be CHF 60 payable to the driver or Bergbahnen Ticket office.
