The beautiful Lauchernalp is part of the Lötschental ecosystem. Being based on a mountain, it requires a close exchange with the natural environment. The Lauchernalp Resort is dedicated to offering an experience that is close to nature, authentic and conscious. 

Sustainability is an important factor underlying our decisions. This not only involves the conscious handling of nature but also the thoughtful interactions with our local communities, and the careful dealing with objects and new developments.

Social sustainability
Collaboration and local engagement is a core value of how we work, and what we believe is the best way to achieve something great, create memorable legacy, and lasting relationships. We work closely with local Lötschental businesses and aim to source most of our resources nearby. Our desire is to work with local teams, craftsmen, artisans, creatives, and guides. 

Environmental sustainability
Our buildings are highly energy efficient. Where we can, we use heat pumps and use 100% green energy. Over the years we have developed and brought together a great portfolio of high quality Lauchernalp residences for comfortable and stylish vacationing as well as for purchasing. Also, we are building new forever homes that are purposed for longevity. Serving to carry lifelong stories of family, shared moments, wellbeing, peaceful habitats and a place to call home.
